Tasting notes
"A highly aromatic nose, so enticing. The floral notes hit first with heady tea rose and orange blossom. The fruit profile hovers between a blood-orange like citrus and raspberry, topped off with a strawberry shortcake. Then the palate, wow! The floral notes are impressive here too, carried on a balanced acidity, more mandarin than lemon, and with a delicious malic freshness. Deeper tones of mulberry support midpalate notes of peach melba and biscuit, culminating in an incredibly long finish of Bramley apple, wild strawberry and creme fraiche. Utterly beguiling. So refined, and defined, I’ve never tasted an English rosé quite like this." Polly Gibson, WSET Dip, WSET Certified Educator, May 2025
