The 2015 was our first vintage, released in November 2018, made for us by winemaker Emma Rice at Hattingley Valley, Alresford. A few mislaid and undisgorged bottles made their way across to Offbeat Wines (our winemakers since 2020) in the summer of 2024 where Daniel Ham riddled, disgorged and dosaged. Therefore, long aged on lees for 8 years. Very rare.

Tasting notes

Elegant and light. Pale gold in colour with fine bubbles, our classic cuvée has a toastiness on the nose with the chardonnay coming through, and a zestiness on the taste you expect from English sparkling wine.  Notes of green apples and brioche on the palate. This wine has a delightful finish. Varieties: Chardonnay 56%, Pinot Noir 44%
