The WSET courses continue at Winding Wood Vineyard in lovely surroundings with a series of A/W 2025 dates now released. Run by Polly Gibson DipWSET in conjunction with Wild Wind School, WSET is the global authority in wine education for both enthusiasts and professionals. In the winter, courses take place in the cosy Dairy, in summer, the tasting barn.

Read what some of this year's students have said:
"Many thanks for your masterly instruction over the last three days. Very great fun
and an excellent way to provide some true foundations to the rickety knowledge that I have built up over the years. The atmosphere of the course was excellent and that is all down to your leadership." Simon Chelton, Level 2
"Just an e-mail to say a huge thanks for your help on Level 3. It’s been tremendous fun, and I am so glad I’ve done it – a massive step up from L2, but so worth it. WSET are lucky to have such a great teacher in their ranks, and we were so lucky to have done all three levels with you!" Jack Crawford, Level 3
"Thank you so much for another excellent course! My head is still spinning (from all
the information, not the wine, honest!). I really enjoyed learning so much and your
style of delivery is awesome." Sarah Blundell, Level 2
